tycoonbox.json manifest

Repo-root manifest for app configuration (Heroku app.json compatible). Tycoonbox reads tycoonbox.json or app.json on each deploy and can apply changes from the app page.

Apply without deploy

On the app page, open Repo manifest to preview pending changes and click Apply manifest.
